Valon Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Lead to design and own the systems that turn real-world usage into durable product insight across ValonOS.

You will work across Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to define structure and processes, enabling high-quality, reliable product delivery in a regulated mortgage environment. You will thrive in ambiguity, translate complex usage into clear product implications, and influence roadmap through leverage and durable mechanisms.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in product operations, business operations, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to break down ambiguous problems.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to learn SQL or work with data.
• Clear communicator between technical teams and end users.
• High ownership and urgency in driving issues to resolution.
• Experience partnering with product managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and own scalable Product Operations frameworks across ValonOS.
• Identify structural gaps in capturing and acting on product insights across teams.
• Lead investigations into complex issues spanning multiple teams to find root causes.
• Partner with Engineering and FDA to improve incident response and prevention.
• Translate real-world usage into actionable product implications and roadmap input.
