Valon is building an AI-native operating system for regulated finance, expanding its Product Operations function to ensure a seamless, reliable experience with ValonOS during implementation and beyond.

The Product Operations Senior Associate will bridge Product, Engineering, and customers, translating live usage into actionable roadmap guidance and quality standards, delivering impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4+ years in product operations or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Clear communication between technical teams and users.

Responsibilities

• Be the frontline interface between customers and R&D, understanding how users interact with ValonOS.
• Translate user behavior into structured insights informing product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to improve release quality and adoption.
