Responsibilities

• Define clear and precise data metrics to represent business performance and inform product design.
• Dive deep into user needs and conduct user research & analysis to improve TikTok experiences through iteration and experimentation.
• Be responsible for product success from ideation to launch and post-launch measurement.
• Educate and influence leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to secure buy-in on product strategy and roadmap.
