Punch Studio LLC designs and supplies premium home, gift, and stationery products for specialty retailers worldwide. We seek a Product Operations Assistant to support retail customer programs, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate sampling and ticketing across the product lifecycle.

This mid-level role requires strong data integrity, attention to detail, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a program coordinator or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience in wholesale or distribution settings with retail programs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with factories on QA/QC and production feedback; track through final approval.
• Partner with Sales, Product Development, Purchasing, and Logistics to optimize freight space.
• Lead program circulation and track milestones, flagging risks to stakeholders.
• Proactively manage internal and external communications for customer programs.
• Oversee vendor assignments with delivery dates and feasibility; propose contingencies.
• Run and distribute weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) reports.
• Prepare upload files accurately with data mapping and attention to detail.
• Own sampling end-to-end; manage library by customer and distribution.
• Manage full ticketing process including orders, logs, and deadlines.
• Support teams with sample retrieval as needed.
