Job summary

Allure Bridals in Memphis is seeking a Product Operations Coordinator to own scheduling and coordination of sample logistics for loan programs, tester programs, and trunk show calendars. You’ll be the retailer-facing contact for order and sample status while providing hands-on, local support at our Memphis headquarters for markets, photoshoots, and product needs.

This role partners with the Sample Inventory Coordinator to keep shipments on schedule and may travel occasionally to stores or events

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel formulas.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shipping schedules.
• Warm, confident communicator comfortable representing the company to retailers.
• Attention to detail for catching production discrepancies against specs.
• Open to occasional travel and in-office work in Memphis.
• Experience in apparel, bridal, or wholesale logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Operations Coordinator to own the scheduling and coordination side of our sample logistics across loan programs, tester programs, and trunk show calendars. You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our bridal and prom retailers on order and sample status, while also providing hands-on, local support in our Memphis headquarters for markets, photoshoots, and other product needs.

This role is distinct from our Sample Inventory Coordinator, who manages the physical handling of samples. You'll be the retailer-facing voice keeping everything on schedule and on track.

What You'll Do

Sample & Trunk Show Scheduling

• Build and maintain the shipping schedule, including generating labels and coordinating pickups for trunk shows across the organization
• Coordinate with the marketing team to keep website and social posts accurate for all Trunk Shows, Ultimate Preview Shows, and Designer Events
• Track outbound and inbound orders, flagging delays or discrepancies before they become retailer issues
• Work closely with our Sample Inventory Coordinator on timing, and step in to help with physical samples if a backlog arises

Retailer Relationships

• Serve as the primary point of contact for bridal and prom retailers on trunk show bookings, building genuine rapport with repeat store contacts
• Respond quickly and warmly to retailer questions about shipping, timing, and order details
• Flag recurring retailer feedback or friction points to the Product Operations Manager and product team

Sample Check-In & Production Accuracy

• Help check in new samples from factories ahead of sales meetings, confirming they're accounted for and ready
• Review incoming samples against requested production changes for accuracy
• Relay notes or needed adjustments to the Product Operations Manager promptly so corrections can be made with the factory

Product & Market Support

• Prepare samples and materials for market events
• Provide local Memphis-based support for markets, photoshoots, and other product needs as they arise
• Support the Product Operations Manager across prom, bridal, quince, and menswear categories
• Fill day-to-day product support gaps as needed, with occasional travel, including store visits to assist with trunk shows or events in person

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills (formulas, tracking sheets, data organization)
• High level of organization with a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and shipping schedules at once
• A warm, confident communicator comfortable being the face of the company to retailers, as well as coordinating internally
• Strong attention to detail, especially for catching production discrepancies against original specs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office environment with year-round demands, and open to occasional travel
• Prior experience in apparel, bridal, or wholesale logistics is a plus
