Job summary

Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, Texas seeks an Associate, Product Management to lead multi-disciplinary Data Engineering initiatives within Product Operations. You will define project roadmaps, scope deliverables, track milestones, escalate risks, and drive resolution of open actions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related field with 1 year experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in project management within product operations for a mixed code base.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in design, deployment, or support of enterprise data engineering platforms.
• Proven cross-functional stakeholder management and senior executive reporting on board-level programs.
• SQL and Python for data analysis, data quality controls, and developing dashboards (Tableau or Power BI).
• Experience leading remediation efforts within financial services, scoping programs, tracking findings, and reporting outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive roadmaps for multi-disciplinary Data Engineering projects within Product Operations.
• Capture and communicate requirements with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data quality controls to monitor product health and velocity.
• Prepare risk assessments and program status updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Apply AI-driven analytics in product operations and backlog analysis using Jira.
