Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, information management, CS, or related field with 3 years of data analytics experience OR a Master's with 1 year of experience.
• Experience authoring technical requirements, user stories, and epics using control-driven design principles.
• Experience building digital products in an agile product development environment and using Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product roadmap to meet business goals and KPIs.
• Define and groom backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and external vendors to implement features.
• Analyze customer feedback and funnel metrics to inform strategy and remediation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to translate API specs into technical requirements.
