Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. Dallas, Texas seeks an Associate, Product Management to lead data engineering initiatives across ProductOps. You will define roadmaps, scope deliverables, track milestones, identify risks, and drive resolution of open items.

You’ll design and maintain the Product Feature Request framework, OKRs, and milestone tracking to govern the lifecycle. Use AI-enabled analytics in Jira for backlog analysis, trend identification, and operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS or related field with project management experience in product ops.
• Proven ability to manage data engineering initiatives and KPI dashboards.
• Experience with cloud platforms and risk reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project roadmaps for data engineering initiatives within ProductOps.
• Track milestones, risks, and action items; escalate as needed.
• Design and maintain Product Feature Request framework and OKRs.
• Deliver status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Apply AI-driven analytics in product operations and Jira backlog analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, risk, and business teams on requirements.
• Work within SDLC using GitLab, cloud platforms, and Markdown docs.
• Develop dashboards and metrics using Jira, Tableau, or Power BI.
