Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an Associate, Product Management in Dallas, TX to lead multi-disciplinary Data Engineering initiatives within ProductOps. You will define roadmaps, scope deliverables, track milestones, and manage risks while driving resolution of outstanding actions.

You will design and maintain the Product Feature Request framework, OKRs, and KPI tracking to govern lifecycle. Proficiency in SQL/Python and dashboards is required, with experience in Jira and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field with 1 year of exp. OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of exp.
• Experience with project management in product ops for a mixed code base, including feature request intake and milestone tracking.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data engineering platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define project and program roadmaps across Data Engineering initiatives.
• Scope deliverables, track milestones, and escalate risks.
• Design and maintain Product Feature Request framework and OKRs.
• Prepare progress reports and risk assessments for senior leadership.
