Job summary

Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, Texas seeks an Associate, Product Management to lead and coordinate Data Engineering initiatives within ProductOps. You will define roadmaps, scope deliverables, track milestones, identify risks, and drive action item resolution across cross-functional teams.

You will implement and maintain the Product Feature Request framework, OKRs, and milestone tracking, ensuring transparency and accountability across product operations, while working with cloud

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS/IS or related field with 1 year experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience.
• Experience in product operations for mixed proprietary & open-source code bases.
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in data engineering platforms.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and executive reporting.
• SQL and Python for data analysis; dashboards with Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience leading remediation efforts within financial services; reporting to senior management.
• Familiarity with Jira for backlog analysis and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps and scope deliverables for Data Engineering projects within ProductOps.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and drive resolution of action items.
• Design and maintain Product Feature Request framework and OKRs.
• Provide progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Apply AI analytics and automation in product operations and Jira backlog analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders on requirements.
• Implement SDLC practices using GitLab CI/CD and Markdown documentation.
• Develop dashboards and data quality controls in Jira with JQL; monitor team velocity.
