Job summary

MAJORITY in Miami is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to optimize banking and telecom processes, integrating AI across operations and partnering with Product and Customer Service teams to enhance the customer experience. This in-person role is based at our Wynwood office.

You will work with Product, CS, Risk and Engineering to drive improvements, automate workflows, and manage key partner relationships in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive and willing to own decisions and improvements.
• Experience using AI in day-to-day operations.
• Fintech operations, data analysis, or related fields preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in analytics/science/engineering/business/digital design or similar.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance of products and features with Product and Engineering teams.
• Implement AI and automation tools to build scale and empower the escalation team.
• Collaborate with CS to improve volumes, resolution quality, and efficiency.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, Product and Engineering to analyze behavior and needs.
• Lead communications with operational partners and providers.
• Support initiatives to reduce downtime and boost automation and stability.
