Job summary

AgileEngine in Miami, FL, seeks a Senior BI Product Manager to unify financial data across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash, unlocking opportunities with BI, analytics, and AI/ML. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product to turn friction into actionable insights.

You will craft non-technical business requirements and partner with engineers to deliver data products that reflect complex commercial and financial processes, ensuring accurate downstream data flows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management within Financial Systems, FinSys BI, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong grasp of accounting terms, contract lifecycle, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Excellent communication and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience validating pricing, orders, and contract data for dashboards.
• Knowledge of ERPs (Workday/NetSuite/SAP) and CPQ/CLM data flows into BI.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal FinSys teams and finance leadership to surface friction.
• Link operational pain points to BI, ML, and AI opportunities for data-driven decisions.
• Author clean PRDs and roadmaps; partner with TDMs and engineering on solutions.
• Ensure quoting, billing, and revenue recognition processes are captured in data products.
