Job summary

Capital One seeks a Principal Associate to lead the Product Onboarding program within the Product College team. You will partner with product leaders to design immersive learning experiences, coordinating self-paced and cohort sessions both in-person and virtual, to support new Product Managers in their first 90 days at Capital One.

You will manage speakers, analyze surveys, drive continuous improvements, and oversee budgets and logistics across multiple locations, while communicating via Slack

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development.
• At least 1 year of experience in Program or Project Management, or a combination.
• At least 1 year of consulting experience.
• 3+ years of experience in learning and development (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Program or Project Management (preferred).
• 2+ years of consulting experience (preferred).
• Process or Project Management Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program ownership: Own the day-to-day execution, annual strategy, and iteration of the Product Onboarding program within Product College.
• Stakeholder & speaker management: Identify, brief, and integrate executive product speakers, SMEs, and facilitators.
• Data-driven continuous improvement: Analyze surveys and retrospectives to identify themes and drive curriculum enhancements.
• Operations & budget integrity: Manage program budgets, learner data, and logistics across locations.
• Live session production: Host and produce live sessions, manage facilitator readiness, Zoom recordings, and materials.
• Program advocacy & communication: Manage program communications via Slack and email to raise awareness.
• Process excellence: Design and implement scalable processes for reliable program delivery.
