Job description

JPC Partners is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist that will support the Solutions Marketing team in delivering high-quality marketing content and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple workstreams. This role blends content coordination, project management, and compliance awareness to help maintain the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of marketing deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing cross-functional inputs, making them an essential connector for go-to-market success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing and updating marketing content, including product briefs and bills of materials, ensuring that all assets reflect the most current release information, competitive intelligence, and regional nuances such as EU-specific data or VAT localization needs. They support the initial review and quality control of marketing materials before they are sent to solution marketing and collaborate with internal teams—such as Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Support—to refine FAQs and content relevance.
  • Maintaining structured project tracking and delivery accountability across the solutions marketing function. They compile notes and action items from cross-functional team (CFT) meetings and communicate summaries to directors and stakeholders. They also manage project workbooks, maintain delivery calendars, and trigger timely reminders for key milestones, such as release brief deadlines or asset review cycles. In parallel, they help inventory and assess the marketing asset library, flagging outdated or missing content and helping to close those gaps.
  • Monitors regulatory changes and industry conversations (e.g., in LinkedIn groups or forums like CIOT), turning insights into actionable updates for the SMM team. They track competitor activity and help prepare materials for compliance-focused webinars and internal trainings.
  • Offers campaign support by conducting early assessments of campaign assets, collaborating with Marketing Ops to build performance reports, and coordinating with regional teams—particularly in Europe—to support localized execution. They ensure the SMM team stays informed of upcoming campaign activities and can align messaging accordingly.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong project tracking and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in delivery management and content quality review
  • Ability to synthesize cross-functional input into actionable summaries
  • Excellent written communication and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory marketing (especially EU VAT)
  • Experience using content management systems and project tracking tools
  • Understanding of competitive analysis and campaign performance metrics
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Product Marketing Alliance Certified, nice to have (PMA)
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or content management
  • Experience with Indirect Tax, specifically with European VAT strongly desired
