Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support wastewater and reclaim applications for the Semiconductor industry. You will translate market trends, customer needs, regulatory drivers, sustainability priorities, and competitive intelligence into market requirements and strategic recommendations that inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.

You will partner with R&D and commercial teams to provide market input, build the innovation funnel, and accelerate commercialization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Biology or related field with 7 years of professional experience including 3 years of product marketing.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field with 5 years of professional experience including 2 years of product marketing.
• Technical understanding of wastewater design and operations (including metals removal, acid neutralization, fluoride precipitation, ion exchange, biological systems, reclaim technologies).

Responsibilities

• Assess, analyze and summarize insights related to market applications, competitive technologies, and customer needs.
• Assess and quantify the opportunity size and business case.
• Develop and own the product marketing strategy for wastewater and reclaim offerings in the microelectronics industry.
• Translate customer needs, voice-of-customer input, technical constraints, regulatory trends, sustainability drivers, and competitive intelligence into formal MRDs.
• Define clear product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and differentiation versus key competitors.
• Partner with R&D and Industry Technical Consultants to provide market direction during qualification and field validation.
• Contribute to pricing, portfolio, bundling, and program decisions using market research and competitive data.
• Support go-to-market execution with sales enablement materials and customer-facing content.
• Engage with global customers to gather voice-of-customer insights and shape roadmap priorities.
• Author white papers and technical knowledge documents to elevate Ecolab's positioning.
