Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support wastewater and reclaim applications for the semiconductor industry. You will translate market trends, customer needs, regulatory drivers, sustainability priorities, and competitive intelligence into market requirements and strategic recommendations that inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: degree + 7 years professional experience including 3 years product marketing or, degree as stated with relevant experience.
• Strong technical understanding of wastewater design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, analyze and summarize insights related to market applications, competitive technologies, and customer needs.
• Assess and quantify the opportunity size and business case.
• Develop and own the product marketing strategy for wastewater and reclaim offerings in the microelectronics industry.
• Translate customer needs, VOC input, regulatory trends, sustainability drivers, and competitive intelligence into MRDs.
• Define clear product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and differentiation versus key competitors.
• Partner with R&D and Industry Technical Consultants to provide market direction during qualification, field validation, and commercialization planning.
• Contribute to pricing, portfolio, bundling, and program decisions using market research and competitive data.
• Partner with Marketing to support go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and content creation.
• Engage with global customers to gather VOC insights and shape market-backed roadmap priorities.
• Author white papers and technical documents to elevate Ecolab’s positioning.
