Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Biology or related field with 7+ years total experience including 3+ years in product marketing
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field with 5+ years total experience including 2+ years in product marketing
• Technical understanding of wastewater design and operations (metals removal, acid neutralization, fluoride precipitation, ion exchange, biological systems, reclaim technologies)

Responsibilities

• Assess and summarize insights related to market applications, competitive technologies and customer needs.
• Assess and quantify the opportunity size and business case.
• Develop and own the product marketing strategy for wastewater and reclaim offerings in the microelectronics industry.
• Translate customer needs, VOC input, regulatory trends, sustainability drivers, and competitive intelligence into MRDs.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and differentiation versus key competitors.
• Partner with R&D and Industry Technical Consultants to provide market direction during qualification, field validation, and commercialization planning.
• Contribute to pricing, portfolio, bundling, and program decisions using market research and competitive analysis.
• Support go-to-market execution with sales enablement materials, presentations and customer content.
• Engage global customers to discuss offerings and shape market-backed roadmap priorities.
• Author white papers and abstracts to elevate Ecolab's positioning.
