Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Senior Segment Marketing Manager to lead product marketing strategy and go-to-market efforts for Purification Technologies. You will partner with Sales and Product Management to drive demand, translate market insights into compelling strategies, and equip global sales with messaging and training for Purolite products.

You will influence campaigns across channels, support new product introductions, and analyze performance to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role.
• Experience developing and executing product go-to-market strategies.
• Experience managing multichannel marketing or demand-generation campaigns.
• Experience developing targeted content, messaging, and value propositions for specific customer/industry audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategies in partnership with Sales and Product Management to drive product adoption and revenue.
• Develop targeted product marketing content that helps customers understand, select, and advocate for Purolite products.
• Define and communicate compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for targeted products and customer segments.
• Develop sales enablement materials and training for the global sales organization.
• Partner with Product Management to develop and execute integrated, multichannel product marketing campaigns.
