Avolve is seeking a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to strengthen and execute the product marketing function under Marketing leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant product marketing, solutions marketing, or go‑to‑market experience in B2B or B2G technology.
• Experience developing messaging, supporting product launches, conducting market and competitive research, and creating sales enablement materials.
• Exceptional visual storytelling and presentation development skills, with the ability to transform complex product capabilities, market insights, and customer value propositions into polished, compelling, executive‑level presentations and go‑to‑market assets.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional projects, manage competing priorities, and use data and feedback to improve execution.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Asana, including using these platforms to manage marketing programs, workflows, content, reporting, and cross‑functional projects.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to support research, analysis, content development, and day‑to‑day productivity while applying sound judgment and quality control.
• Experience with GovTech, public‑sector software, GIS, permitting, plan review, partner marketing, or complex public‑sector sales is preferred.
• Self‑motivated, self‑directed, solution‑oriented, and results‑driven, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced remote environment, is a must.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product messaging, value propositions, and proof points for the product portfolio and new capabilities.
• Translate technical features and roadmap themes into customer outcomes for public-sector personas and buying stages.
• Create messaging frameworks, audience definitions, problem statements, and differentiated talks.
• Develop differentiated product messaging and content aligned with brand and voice.
• Create competitive briefs, battlecards, and objection-handling guidance for customer-facing teams.
• Develop a rolling go-to-market plan aligned with roadmap priorities and campaigns.
• Lead go-to-market planning for launches, releases, packaging changes, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate launch audiences, owners, timelines, and risks across teams.
