Job summary

Sabert is seeking a Product Manager – Paper to drive growth, profitability, and share gains for its paper portfolio within the Foodservice business. You will develop and execute product and portfolio strategies, lead innovation, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and R&D to deliver differentiated B2B packaging solutions.

As the business owner for your categories, you will manage pricing, forecast with Demand Planning, and oversee SKU rationalization and good/better/best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in B2B marketing, product management, or category management.
• Proven experience managing product line P&Ls or equivalent financial ownership.
• Demonstrated track record of successful product development and launches.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or similar ERP/BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own product line marketing plans and portfolio strategy.
• Coordinate integrated marketing activities to support growth objectives.
• Serve as the go-to partner for Sales with category insights and support.
• Manage product line financials and annual operating plans with Finance.
• Provide pricing strategy and trade investment recommendations.
• Oversee forecasting inputs with Demand Planning and Supply Chain.
• Drive SKU rationalization and product line expansions for portfolio productivity.
• Lead innovation projects from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor market and competitive activity and adjust portfolio and pricing moves.
• Meet customers and channel partners to validate concepts and needs.
• Identify cost savings and sustainability initiatives within the paper portfolio.
