Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to craft compelling narratives around AI-driven healthcare data and elevate the Tempus brand. You’ll translate complex data and AI concepts into clear messaging for life sciences partners, and collaborate with product, sales and engineering to drive adoption and impact.

You’ll define customer personas, lead integrated marketing initiatives (data, AI, Foundation Models and services), manage projects across teams, measure ROI, and develop AI tools

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in life sciences, health data, or health AI/tech.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into concise marketing content.
• Experience leading multiple marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate the value of complex data and AI-driven solutions into clear narratives for life sciences partners.
• Define and deploy customer personas to target needs and use cases.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives (data, AI, Foundation Models, services).
• Manage marketing projects from strategy to delivery with cross-functional alignment.
• Analyze performance and ROI to inform future marketing strategy.
• Develop AI agents and tools to create efficiencies and scale.
