Tempus AI, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to translate complex data and AI-driven solutions into clear narratives for life sciences partners, define customer personas, and drive integrated marketing initiatives for data, AI, Foundation Models and services.

You will manage projects cross-functionally, measure performance, and develop AI-enabled workflows to scale. The role requires 5+ years in B2B marketing within health data or health AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in life sciences, health data, or health AI/tech.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into concise marketing content.
• Proven experience managing multiple marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate the value of Tempus' data and AI-driven solutions into clear narratives for life sciences partners.
• Define and deploy customer personas to target needs and use cases.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives for data, AI, foundation models and services, including product launches and thought leadership.
• Manage marketing projects from strategy to completion with cross-functional alignment.
• Analyze performance and ROI to inform future marketing strategy.
• Develop AI agents and tools to create efficiencies and scale projects.
