Job summary

nove8 ищет Product Marketing Manager для создания, запуска и оптимизации веб‑воронок для нового проекта R&D. Вы будете работать над конверсиями, ARPU и тестами, сотрудничая с командами UA и креатива, чтобы связать объявления, месседжи и предложения.

Требуется опыт в Product Marketing и цифровом маркетинге, аналитические навыки и умение работать в быстром темпе. Гибридная/удаленная работа и поддержка по обучению приветствуются.

Qualifications

• 2+ года опыта в Product Marketing, Growth, Monetization или аналогичной роли в B2C продуктах.
• Понимание метрик веб‑воронки и экономики подписки.
• Опыт запуска новых продуктов, воронок или продажных подходов с нуля.
• Опыт проведения A/B тестов и измерения их влияния.
• Цифровой подход к данным и аналитическое мышление.
• Опыт работы с аналитическими инструментами Amplitude, Tableau или аналогичными.
• Опыт работы с платным трафиком.
• Умение формулировать гипотезы, приоритизировать экспериммы, и превращать результаты в решения.
• Опыт сотрудничества с дизайном и разработкой.
• Сильное владение инициативой и умение работать в быстро меняющейся среде.
• Интерес к постепенному взятию обязанностей Product Owner и влиянию на roadmap.
• Будет плюсом: опыт Product Owner или Product Manager.
• Будет плюсом: запуск MVP или работа над zero-to-one проектами.
• Будет плюсом: опыт работы с веб‑конструкторaми воронок

• Build and prioritize a backlog of product and growth hypotheses.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate new product and growth insights.
• Align the product experience with marketing promises and user expectations.
• Work closely with UA and Creative specialists to connect ads, messaging, funnels, and offers.
• Define requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive execution from idea to launch.
• Help define the MVP scope and contribute to the future product roadmap.
• Build scalable and documented processes for launching and testing new funnels.
• Work with localized funnels as the project scales.

• 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Monetization, or a similar role in B2C products.
• Strong understanding of web funnel metrics and subscription economics.
• Experience launching new products, funnels, or sales angles from scratch.
• Experience running A/B tests and measuring their impact.
• A data-driven mindset and strong analytical thinking.
• Experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience working with paid traffic products.
• Ability to define hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and turn results into decisions.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design and development specialists.
• Strong ownership and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment with a high level of uncertainty.
• Interest in gradually taking on Product Owner responsibilities and influencing the product roadmap.
