Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта на позиции Creative Marketing Manager/Creative Producer/Creative Strategist в подписочных B2C приложениях
• Практический опыт работы с рекламными платформами Meta, Google и TikTok
• Глубокое понимание цифрового маркетинга, платной рекламы и креативных трендов
• Аналитические навыки и умение принимать решения на основе данных
• Опыт работы с веб-воротами и лендингами, взаимодействие креатива, посадочных страниц и предложений
• Умение задавать видение, строить процессы и развивать людей
• Опыт работы с AI-инструментами в креативе
• Уровень английского не ниже Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Ведение креативной стратегии по платному привлечению через Meta, Google и TikTok
• Разработка масштабируемых процессов по производству креатива от идеи до тестирования
• Построение и приоритизация бэклога гипотез, проведение структурированных экспериментов
• Проведение исследований конкурентов и трендов, адаптация органического контента к платным форматам
• Запуск новых воронок и продуктовых углов с нуля и создание плейбука по креативу
• Работа в кросс-функциональной команде для роста бизнеса
• Найм, адаптация и развитие Creative Marketing Managers

Задачи:

• Own the creative strategy across paid acquisition on Meta, Google, and TikTok, including hooks, formats, narratives, and visual language, and drive the creative roadmap end-to-end
• Build scalable, documented creative production processes from ideation and production to testing and iteration
• Design and prioritize a high-volume hypothesis backlog, run structured creative experiments, and translate results into decisions
• Conduct competitor and trend research, source and analyze organic content for winning angles, and adapt them to paid formats
• Launch new funnels and product angles from scratch and define the creative playbook for new verticals
• Work with a cross-functional team to drive growth and achieve business objectives
• Hire, onboard, and develop Creative Marketing Managers

Требования:

• 3+ Years as a Creative Marketing Manager, Creative Producer, or Creative Strategist in subscription B2C apps
• Hands-on experience across multiple ad platforms, such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, paid social, and creative trends
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Experience working with web funnels and understanding how creative, landing pages, and offers work together
• Ability to set a vision, build processes, raise standards, and develop people
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
