nove8 ищет молодого дизайнера моушн-графики для создания динамичных креативов для мобильных и веб-платформ. Вы будете работать над анимациями, адаптировать их под различные форматы и платформы, а также сотрудничать с креативным маркетинг-менеджером для сохранения единой стилистики кампаний.

Требуется от 1 года опыта в мобильных/web проектах, знание AE, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop и портфолио выполненных работ.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы с мобильными или веб-проектами от 1 года.
• Понимание контента перформанс-маркетинга.
• Опыт работы с AI инструментами.
• Владение After Effects, Figma, Illustrator и Photoshop; создание файлов для анимации.
• Портфолио выполненных проектов.
• Базовые принципы редактирования и анимации.
• Знание плагинов AE.
• Уровень английского не ниже B1.
• Плюсом: опыт создания UGC-контента, анимации для веб-платформ с Lottie или Rive, Premiere Pro, базовые знания 3D.

Responsibilities

• Создавать увлекательную анимацию и motion graphics для цифровых маркетинговых кампаний.
• Итерировать креативы на основе фидбека по результатам.
• Адаптировать анимации под форматы и платформы (Meta, Google, AppLovin, TikTok).
• Тесно работать с креативным маркетинг-менеджером для согласованности визуалов и месседжей.
• Следовать лучшим практикам оптимизации файлов, сжатия и рендеринга.
• Вносить креативные идеи на брейнстормингах.

Задачи:

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns
• Iterate on creatives based on performance feedback
• Adapt motion creatives for different ad formats and platforms, including Meta, Google, AppLovin, and TikTok
• Work closely with a creative marketing manager to keep visuals and messages cohesive
• Follow industry best practices for file optimization, compression, and rendering
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions

Требования:

• At least 1 year of experience working with mobile or web products
• Understand performance marketing content
• Experience with AI tools
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, including creating design or illustration files for animation
• A portfolio of completed projects
• Understand basic editing and animation principles
• Knowledge of AE plugins
• English level B1 minimum
