• Опыт формирования долгосрочной продуктовой стратегии и дорожной карты.
• Умение анализировать рынок и конкурентов, принимать решения на основе данных.
• Свободно владеете русским и английским на уровне C1.

Responsibilities

• Владение областью Online Donations: исследование, формулирование требований, написание спецификаций и показатели эффективности.
• Разработка и поддержка долгосрочной стратегической дорожной карты продукта.
• Замещение PM в периоды отпусков, перегрузок или важных запусков.
• Обеспечение прозрачности процессов, устранение узких мест и системная работа с командами.
• Взаимодействие с GTM, продажами и поддержкой для запуска и обратной связи.
• Использование AI‑инструментов в исследованиях, спецификациях и коммуникациях.

Job description

Описание: Fundraise Up provides a global fundraising platform that helps people donate to nonprofits quickly, seamlessly, and accessibly. Its technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations each month, and its platform is used by leading nonprofits around the world.

Задачи:

• Build and own a product area, running discovery, writing specifications, setting metrics, and driving delivery
• Write cross-team specifications that span multiple teams
• Build and manage the long-term strategic roadmap for the Online Donations product line with the team, and align quarterly plans with it
• Step in for Product Managers during vacations, overload, or critical launches, maintaining the quality and momentum of their work
• Unblock work when specifications, decisions, or dependencies are stuck
• Review and improve Product Managers’ concepts, specifications, and prioritization
• Help Product Managers develop autonomy, decision-making, and ownership through regular 1:1s, feedback, and performance reviews
• Talk to customers regularly and make customer conversations a team habit
• Run market and competitor analysis for Online Donations and turn findings into product decisions
• Set up and improve team planning, rituals, specification reviews, and delivery tracking
• Monitor team effectiveness, including predictability, cycle time, and review rounds, and address bottlenecks
• Help Product Managers align with other teams, make cross-team decisions, and elevate appropriately
• Help Product Managers work with GTM teams on launch readiness, enablement, and feedback loops from Sales, Customer Success, and Support
• Identify cross-team dependencies early and coordinate them before they become delivery risks
• Apply AI to research, specification writing, synthesis, and communication
• Help Product Managers adopt AI-enabled workflows that save time and improve quality

Требования:

• At least 6 years of Product Management experience
• At least 2 years of experience leading Product Managers, ideally including performance reviews
• A strong individual track record of owning products end to end and delivering measurable results
• Excellent specification-writing skills, including complex specifications spanning multiple teams or systems
• Hands-on continuous discovery experience, including regular customer interviews, market and competitor analysis, and turning insights into product decisions
• Experience building and managing a long-term product strategy and roadmap across related products
• Proven ability to drive cross-team initiatives without formal authority
• Experience establishing team processes, including planning, rituals, and delivery tracking, and improving them based on results
• Experience working closely with GTM teams on launches and enablement
• Ability to switch between individual work and supporting others within the same week
• Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining metrics and making data-informed decisions
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, designers, and leadership
• Fluent Russian and English at C1 level, both written and spoken
• Own outcomes rather than tasks; take initiative to fix problems, manage broad context while moving quickly, prioritize based on data, balance stability with experimentation, give and seek candid feedback, align teams around shared goals, and continuously improve AI workflows
