Job summary

Flux Payments, Inc. is seeking a product marketing lead to sharpen positioning across its payments platform. You’ll own messaging for cards, ACH, stablecoins, payouts, fraud tools, and the partner portal, and collaborate with product and sales to land launches and close deals.

This full-time remote role (US) reports to the HQ in Dover, Delaware. You’ll craft decks and one-pagers, enable the sales team, and talk with merchants and partners to ensure the story stays true as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product marketing, payments or fintech strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into reasons to switch processors.
• Full-time, remote within the US; HQ in Dover, Delaware.
• Early-stage environment where your work ships and matters.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging across the product line.
• Run launches when new products and integrations ship.
• Build sales enablement: decks, one-pagers, and objection handling.
