The Role

We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join the dynamic marketing team at Kiavi, a leading fintech company revolutionizing financing for real estate investors. As a mission-critical member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for compelling product positioning, go-to-market strategies, market and competitive analysis, and growth campaigns for Kiavi’s suite of lending products with a focus on new/emerging products and markets. You’ll need an eye for quality and attention to detail, along with an ability to grasp and present our products’ value proposition in a way that resonates with our audience and takes Kiavi’s product marketing programs to the next level.

This role will focus on driving our products’ go-to-market (GTM) strategy, customer acquisition, and market expansion, while fostering trust and loyalty among existing customers. You’ll need to be — or become — an expert in real estate investing and financing, developing insightful content that resonates with investors. You'll design campaigns that not only drive product growth but also build trust, authority, and engagement. You will need to bring customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative mindset to the role!

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Manager is a go-to-market planner and excellent cross-functional partner whose customer and product knowledge allow them to drive:

  • Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling positioning, differentiators, and value propositions that appeal to target audiences/buyers. This is brought to life in creative, compelling messaging that resonates with real estate investors of all maturity levels.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution: Lead the GTM strategy for Kiavi’s emerging products and markets, creating and executing unique strategies for each product. Oversee multi-channel campaigns to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
  • Content and Campaigns: In conjunction with Content and Demand, create the content that convinces target audiences to engage with Kiavi and its suite of lending products. Support the customer journey for new and existing customers through a segmentation strategy that delivers the right message at the right time. This includes creating content at every stage of the funnel – from email campaigns to sales collateral – and everything in between.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Establish and analyze GTM campaign performance to optimize results and present insights to a variety of cross-functional partners. Evaluate key performance metrics and find opportunities for further optimization.
  • Market Intelligence: Learn Kiavi’s brand, products, and target customers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify key pain points, motivations, and goals – and use that intelligence to tailor messaging and GTM activities accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Partner: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Heads of Lending, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, Operations, and Data for go-to-market strategies and activities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience with proven results.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
  • Experience in developing and managing go-to-market campaigns that deliver results.
  • Experience in driving go-to-market programs for both new and existing products.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple ongoing programs with varying priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Ability to understand data, derive impactful insights, and create clarity.
  • Excellent communicator (both verbally & written) with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with creating clear KPIs and measuring the success of campaigns throughout the funnel.
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, operations, legal, and data science teams.
  • Nice to have, but not required: you love real estate investing and/or finance.
