Zusammenfassung

Trust Wallet is seeking a results-driven Marketing Leader to own and scale multi-channel campaigns across Web3-enabled platforms and traditional channels. You will partner with product, BD, and ecosystem teams to drive growth, retention, and brand awareness while optimizing ROI.

You'll manage budgets, define go-to-market plans for new features, and shape messaging for crypto users and newcomers alike. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus to engage diverse communities.

Qualifikationen

• Track record of owning multi-channel campaigns
• Generalist or full-stack marketing experience
• On-chain user awareness of Web3 ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native and performance channels
• Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments
• Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs including DAUs, installs, and retention rates
• Own budget allocation with a focus on efficiency and ROI
• Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X
• Identify and activate credible KOL and influencer partnerships
• Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns
• Work with Product teams to shape go-to-market plans for new features and chain integrations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company
• Demonstrable track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns
• Experience in a generalist or "full-stack" marketing role
• Active on-chain user with a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem
• Proficiency in Dune, Nansen, Amplitude, and mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Experience marketing a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product
• Prior work at a top-tier exchange or DeFi protocol
• Experience running global marketing campaigns
