Improbable is building the next generation of blockchain-enabled apps and markets from the United States. We are seeking a product marketing leader to shape the positioning for a decentralized exchange, own cross-audience messaging, and craft differentiated narratives around on-chain derivatives and trading ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Web3, fintech, or trading product marketing experience.
• Experience with retail trading products or exchanges (DEX or CEX).
• Deep understanding of order books, derivatives, and perpetuals (perps).
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end product launches with measurable results.
• Strong grasp of crypto-native culture and platforms including X and Discord.
• Analytical with ability to track growth, retention, and adoption metrics.
• Hands-on in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape the positioning, launches, and market story for a decentralized exchange (DEX)
• Own messaging across core audiences including alpha groups, trading communities, and professional traders
• Craft differentiation stories and simplify technical product narratives for diverse audiences
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market activity for product launches and ecosystem features
• Act as a subject matter expert on the onchain derivatives and trading landscape
• Turn market intelligence into product recommendations and growth tactics
• Support adoption and retention through community leaderboards, yield-based rebates, and referral mechanics

Requirements

• Solid experience in product marketing within Web3, consumer fintech, or trading products
• Experience with retail trading products or exchanges (DEX or CEX)
• Deep understanding of order books, derivatives, and perpetuals (perps)
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end product launches with measurable results
• Strong grasp of crypto-native culture and platforms including X and Discord
• Highly analytical with ability to track growth, retention, and adoption metrics
• Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-moving environment
