Broccoli AI in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Lead to own foundational product messaging and go-to-market strategy, reporting to the CEO. You will partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to craft positioning, develop training assets, launches, and buyer insights that drive revenue.

Formación

• 4–8 years of product marketing experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, and GTM.
• Building and scaling processes in a dynamic startup environment.
• Deep experience partnering with Product teams on messaging, positioning, and bringing products to market.
• Revenue-focused mindset: strong understanding of customer buying processes and the funnel.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into simple frameworks.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving early-stage environments with an experimentation mindset.

• Shape product features and positioning with Product for market impact.
• Launch products that gain notice and drive adoption.
• Develop buyer insights to inform GTM strategy and sales conversations.
• Enable sales with training programs, assets, and enablement materials.
• Drive customer expansion and build advocacy to sustain growth.
• Establish scalable launch processes that adapt as the team grows.
• Keep Product, Marketing, Sales and CS aligned on launches and rationale.
