Job summary

Rite-Hite, the global leader in loading dock and door equipment, is seeking a Director of Product Management, HVAC Solutions in Dubuque, IA. You will define and execute strategic direction, growth, and lifecycle management of the HVAC portfolio, working with engineering, sales, service, marketing and IT to deliver valuable, energy-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8-12+ years of progressive product management experience, including portfolio leadership.
Experience in HVAC, industrial equipment, building systems, or related technical products strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success managing products through the full lifecycle.
M&A experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead market insight and strategy to identify unmet needs, trends, and growth opportunities within HVAC and environmental control solutions.
Own HVAC portfolio strategy balancing customer value, financial performance, and feasibility.
Develop and maintain a 3+ year product roadmap and drive cross-functional prioritization.
Lead product lifecycle management from concept to post-launch performance.
Drive go-to-market enablement with marketing and sales, including pricing guidance and training.
Identify adjacent opportunities and strategic partnerships (build, acquire, or partner).
