in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an organized product marketing coordinator to support planning and execution of product launches, including collateral development, launch assets, presentations, training materials, and internal announcements, working with Product Marketing Managers, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Creative, Digital, Packaging and Channel Marketing to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, communications or related functions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to translate technical product information into clear marketing materials.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning and execution of product launches, including collateral development and launch assets.
• Maintain marketing project workflows, timelines, resources, requests and status reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and recurring reports to support decision-making.
• Serve as a day-to-day support contact for marketing workflow and sales enablement platforms.
