Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of brand awareness and positioning to make the brand household names.
• Lead go-to-market for new products including naming, messaging, packaging, and launches.
• Own performance on e-commerce platforms and drive ROI with paid media.
• Create high-impact product content to communicate value and drive conversions.
• Define KPIs for awareness, conversion, engagement, and ROI, using analytics to optimize spend.
• Lead a small marketing team and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations.
