Job summary

Black Diamond Networks is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that attract clients and candidates in a fast-growing environment. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage external vendors, and collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, and Executives to optimize spend and impact.

You’ll oversee brand standards, digital marketing, inbound lead generation, and content creation while driving awareness and reputation across channels.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in marketing with three+ years leading initiatives or cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
• Experience aligning marketing with growth objectives including brand, communications, demand generation, and collateral development.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal and external communications and integrated marketing campaigns for customers and contractors.
• Develop and enforce brand and visual identity standards.
• Manage website, intranet, digital marketing, and social media, including content, SEO, AI optimization, and inbound lead management.
• Monitor online reputation via Glassdoor, Google Reviews, and Facebook.
