Qualifications

The Production Team Lead is a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production for either BDC’s polymeric sand or chemical product lines. This leader will ensure production targets are met daily, while seeking to exceed performance targets through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Team Leadership

• Lead by example to meet or exceed daily production targets.

• Conduct daily safety checks and lead by example in PPE and compliance.


• Promote a fun, safe work environment aligned with BDC’s values.
