Care.com, a leading consumer tech platform, seeks an experienced Product & Marketing Counsel to partner with product, marketing and privacy teams on the development and operation of our consumer marketplace.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will draft and maintain ToS, privacy notices and related disclosures, and provide practical guidance for product features and AI-enabled initiatives.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school with bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• 7–9 years of legal practice, including 3+ years advising as product counsel.
• Proactive product, marketing and privacy counseling experience.
• Familiarity with consumer-facing platforms, consumer protection, and privacy rules.
• Clear writer of Terms of Use, privacy notices, disclosures and policies.
• Ability to educate and enable the business with practical guidance.

Mansioni

• Advise Product teams through development lifecycle on design, user flows, payments and onboarding.
• Advise on advertising campaigns, disclosures and regulatory requirements; build practical playbooks.
• Draft and maintain ToS, Privacy Policies, and EULAs; review contracts for consumer products.
• Explain legal risks and provide concise written recommendations to senior leadership.
