Sierra is seeking a Product Counsel to join our growing legal team in San Francisco. You will report to the Associate General Counsel, Product and Privacy, and provide product-focused legal support for AI and emerging technologies.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to ensure privacy, compliance, and risk management are embedded throughout the product lifecycle, and help shape our go-to-market strategies for the agent platform and new products.

Qualificações

• Law degree with bar admission.
• Experience advising product/engineering teams.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and AI regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with consumer protection and telecoms laws is a plus.
• Ability to translate legal risk into actionable product guidance.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end product legal support for the product team.
• Collaborate with Engineering to embed privacy-by-design and AI transparency.
• Advise on legal requirements of product features, including consumer protection and communications.
• Develop scalable product review processes and launch checklists.
• Monitor AI regulations and partner with privacy to implement governance.
