Seismic, the AI-powered go-to-market platform, is seeking a Product Counsel to partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams throughout the product lifecycle.

You will advise on AI, data privacy, and global regulatory requirements, draft and negotiate product-related agreements, and help scale compliant, market-leading SaaS offerings while supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Formación

• 3+ years of substantive legal experience, preferably in-house at a SaaS company.
• Knowledge of AI and data privacy law and emerging technologies.
• Experience advising on AI-powered products and services.
• Experience in customer-driven development dynamics.
• Familiarity with open source policy and remediation.
• Experience navigating global regulatory complexities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted business partner with product and engineering through the product lifecycle.
• Identify and assess legal and global regulatory risks related to products and services.
• Develop strategies to address legal and compliance risks in products.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across development lifecycle.
• Provide thought leadership on privacy, AI, financial services, and global regulations.
