Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to bolster its juice-based portfolio by leveraging market research and strategy to bring new products to market. You’ll develop and execute go-to-market plans, lead cross-functional teams, and align with Sales for training, content, and sampling processes.

You will shape post-launch feedback loops and respond quickly to challenges, ensuring pricing strategies and market positioning stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Food Science preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to derive recommendations from data analysis.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in handling simultaneous projects and tight timelines.
• Advanced capabilities in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, & Adobe.
• Ability to travel to facilities, meetings and trade events 3–6 times a year, up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new product offerings across the juice portfolio.
• Support account-based marketing initiatives and growth at customer level.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Sales to optimize product features.
• Educate Sales with product and marketing strategy training sessions.
• Deliver insights to drive customer interactions and pipeline activity.
• Lead packaging design support for launches and updates.
