Job summary

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC seeks a Product Manager for the Work Truck portfolio in its Power Systems Division. You will own lifecycle execution, from strategy to launch, translating market insights into a winning product plan and profitable growth.

You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to deliver customer-focused solutions and drive above-market growth while balancing cost, pricing, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of product management, product development, or related roles in a B2B environment.
• Experience launching products or features informed by customer insights.
• Strong technical aptitude; welding/mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute product lifecycle plans for the Work Truck portfolio from strategy through launch and long-term performance.
• Develop and execute product vision and strategy to drive profitable growth.
• Manage product cost, warranty performance, and CX insights to drive improvements.
• Lead product launches and commercialization efforts to ensure adoption and market impact.
• Partner across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Marketing to deliver solutions.
