Miller Electric Mfg. LLC is seeking a Product Manager for the Industrial Equipment & Automation division. You will own product strategy, roadmap direction, lifecycle management, pricing, margin performance, and commercialization outcomes while leading marketing within the Customer-Back Innovation process.This is an onsite role in Carol Stream, IL or Appleton, WI, with travel up to 25%. The compensation package ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.
• Technical aptitude with industrial equipment, automation, welding, software, or related technologies preferred.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy, roadmap direction, lifecycle management, pricing, margin performance, and commercialization outcomes.
• Lead product management and marketing activities from Discover through Deploy, including VOC, value proposition, requirements, business case, and go-to-market planning.
• Ensure revenue, margin, adoption, and customer experience commitments across the portfolio.
