Job summary

Wellvana, based in Tennessee, is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive product strategy for value-based care tools. You will coordinate with internal teams, end users, and vendors to ensure dashboards, data integrity, and scalable solutions across the product lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in product management or healthcare analytics, strong communication, and experience with AWS and agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience, required
• Master’s degree in a related field and/or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience, preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, healthcare analytics, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, population health, or value-based care
• Experience working with third-party technology vendors and cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and data validation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., claims, EMR/EHR data, FHIR)
• Agile or SCRUM Methodology experience
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, large language models (LLMs), and experience evaluating or managing AI-powered products in a healthcare or regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the relationship with third-party vendors to drive strategy, manage enhancements, and own outcomes for technology tools supporting VBC operations.
• Own escalation management and incident response processes, directing bug tracking and troubleshooting efforts while ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement for end users and partners.
• Define and drive the prioritization of dashboards and reporting capabilities, partnering with developers and analysts to deliver solutions that meet stakeholder requirements for value-based care metrics and performance tracking
• Establish and maintain standards for data load processes, ensuring data integrity and proactively identifying opportunities to improve reliability and reduce errors
• Own the product feedback loop, synthesizing user insights and operational data to drive product enhancements and identify strategic opportunities for improved functionality
• Drive product roadmap planning, leading SWAG estimation sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to assess scope, effort, and feasibility of incoming requests, enabling data-informed prioritization and realistic capacity planning across the product roadmap.
