Job summary

Wellvana is seeking a Medical Economics Analyst to build and maintain data enrichments and analytics across MSSP, Medicare Advantage, and related programs. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights, develop scalable analytical solutions, and ensure data quality in a cloud data warehouse.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical, network, and finance teams, delivering dashboards, and leveraging AI tools to drive value-based care

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in medical economics or healthcare analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Advanced SQL skills and Python for analysis.
Experience building dashboards for internal stakeholders and executives.
Proficiency in creating data visualizations with Power BI or Tableau.
Experience in payer, ACO, or value-based care analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data enrichments and analytic reporting solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytic solutions.
Query and validate data in Snowflake to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Develop reusable analytic code and leverage AI tools for package development.
Deliver executive dashboards and reports translating analyses into clear recommendations.
