PhoenixTeam is seeking a Product Manager to modernize the VA Loan Guaranty portfolio. You will own backlog, intake-to-plan, and the 30-day release cadence for a Salesforce-centered, configuration-first platform used by VA staff and lenders, with AI-assisted methods and strict governance.

Responsibilities

Turn business needs and policy changes into refined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Drive intake to executable plan within days in collaboration with architecture and engineering.
Own the roadmap, balancing modernization, sustainment, and decommissioning.
Coordinate with VA stakeholders, lenders, servicers, and staff to align priorities.
Ensure each release has a measurable value and passes UAT with proper criteria.
Balance configuration-first approaches with necessary custom exceptions.
Ground prioritization in analytics and operational metrics with instrumentation.
Sequence migrations from legacy to modern platforms without disrupting users.
