Job summary

DocMe360 is seeking a Product Manager to lead a cross-functional scrum team for the Department of Veterans Affairs legacy modernization. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for migrating a legacy Java enterprise application to a REST-based appointment platform, partnering with engineers, a DevOps engineer, an Experience Designer, VA stakeholders, and DocMe360 delivery leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles.
Experience defining and delivering digital products or enterprise software solutions.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision for the legacy-to-REST migration aligned to VA mission and user needs.
Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on value, impact, and feasibility.
Establish and track product success metrics and outcomes.
Coordinate with VA stakeholders and DocMe360 delivery leadership to inform migration priorities.
Facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment to outcomes.
Balance new feature development with technical debt, compliance, and operational needs.
