Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minneapolis seeks a Product Manager for Unified Payables, responsible for the end‑to‑end product from discovery to go‑to‑market for middle‑market clients.

You will define requirements, manage backlog, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Technology to deliver a bank‑backed AP platform. This build‑stage role moves quickly, uses data‑driven decisions, and requires strong communication to align stakeholders, document processes, and drive revenue growth through optimized payables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, backlog priorities, and release plan for Unified Payables MVP and later releases.
• Lead client discovery through interviews and surveys, turning findings into prioritized requirements.
• Translate needs into epics, features, and user stories; partner with Agile delivery teams through refinement and launch.
• Define OKRs and success metrics, and report performance against them.
• Develop packaging, bundling, and pricing with Pricing and Finance; guide go‑to‑market strategy.
