U.S. Bank is seeking a Head of Faster and Unified Payables to lead product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market for Unified Payables and its instant payments portfolio.

You will own the product vision, collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Technology, and Risk to deliver an integrated payables experience for middle-market clients. You will lead the Faster Payments portfolio (RTP and FedNow), drive client adoption, and build a modern, compliant Payables platform while mentoring a team of product

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in accounts payable automation, integrated payables, or B2B payments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Unified Payables product vision, roadmap, and success measures.
• Define the product construct, MVP, and target-state capabilities.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and go-to-market with Sales, CPS, and Legal.
• Oversee Faster Payments (RTP and FedNow) and expand client adoption.
• Ensure risk controls and governance across the product lifecycle.
• Lead a team of product managers and drive cross-functional collaboration.
