Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager for Unified Payables, leading the end-to-end product for middle-market clients. You will define requirements, guide client discovery, shape packaging and pricing, and enable Sales to win.

This build-stage role moves quickly and relies on data-driven decisions. You will own the roadmap for the MVP, manage the client journey from invoice intake through reconciliation, and collaborate with Agile teams while coordinating ERP integrations and payment rails to

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product requirements, backlog priorities, and the release plan for Unified Payables MVP and later releases.
• Define the end-to-end client journey across invoice intake, onboarding, payment routing, and reconciliation.
• Translate needs into epics and user stories; partner with Agile delivery teams through refinement and launch.
• Define OKRs and track client wins, adoption, and revenue per client.
