Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a senior product leader to own Unified Payables strategy and its instant payments portfolio.

You will drive the product vision, pricing, and go-to-market plans while collaborating with Sales, Strategy, Technology, Operations, and Risk to bring differentiated solutions to market at pace. This role requires strong strategic thinking, decisive execution, and the ability to lead independently in senior forums across business lines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Unified Payables product vision, roadmap, and success measures with CPS product leadership.
• Define the product construct, minimum viable offering, and target-state capabilities across AP workflow, ERP connectivity, supplier enablement, multi-rail payment orchestration, and data-driven insights.
• Manage the full product lifecycle by combining TPS and CPS capabilities into a cohesive offering and rationalizing overlaps.
• Lead build, buy, and partner analyses; develop business cases, opportunity sizing, and investment requests with Strategy and Finance.
• Oversee the Faster Payments portfolio (RTP and FedNow), drive client adoption, and modernize the instant payments experience across networks.
